NGO PSI "Partnership for Social Initiative" has organized debate about topic "Costs for Drug in Georgia". Event took place in Tbilisi, hotel "Betsi" conference hall. APCRG has signed Memorandum of  Understanding with  National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT) .Official ceremony took place in the office of  Business Association of Georgia (BAG). Memorandum defines main principles of cooperation between APCRG and GEOSTAT and creates strong opportunity for both sides for the  elaboration of qualitative and reliable statistical data.

APCRG has signed agreement with TSMU management  regarding the sponsorship of events, dedicated to TSMU 80 years anniversary. Events will take place in Autumn 2010 in Tbilisi city.

In Bordeaux, France on June 09-10 th, took place IFPMA Heads of Associations and Council meeting. There were presented participants from national pharmaceutical Associations from more then 30 countries all over the world. Meeting was conducted by the IFPMA Director General Mr.Eduardo Pisani and IFPMA President Mr.Haruo Naito. Invited speaker was Director General of WIPO Mr. Francis Gurry. APCRG was presented by Executive Director Mr.Irakli Margvelashvili and Head of Board Mrs. Marina Giorgobiani.

Executive Director of APCRG  I.Margvelasvhili has participated on meeting, organized by Business Association of Georgia  (BAG) between Advisor of Prime Minister G.Pertaia and heads  of  various  Associations, representing different fields of business in Georgia.  Were discussed the draft of the new tax code to be submitted to Georgian Parliament within one month period and ways and terms of  participation of different Business Associations on modification of tax code draft

Executive Director of APCRG  I.Margvelashvili has participated on meeting, organized by Business Association of Georgia  (BAG) between the Executive  Director  of National Statistics Office of Georgia (GEOSTAT) Mr. Zaza Chelidze and heads  of  various  Associations, representing different fields of business in Georgia.  Were discussed  ways of improvement of statistical data elaborated by the GEOSTAT and preparation of new products, in order to make  business environment more  friendly and attractive.
