Association of Pharmaceutical Companies Representatives in Georgia, like in previous years, funded a 3-day free dinner at the House of Charity - "Catharsis" for Easter, during which more than 1,000 people will receive a free dinner.

The 11th EAEU and CIS pharmaceutical forum, organized by Adam Smith was held in Moscow, on February 26-28th.
The forum discussed the burning issues facing the pharmaceutical sector today as well as future forecasts and opportunities. The event was attended by the chairman of APCRG, Grigori Pirtskhalaishvili, who introduced the presentation, prepared by him.

Georgia-EU Investment Council meeting on Pharmacy (Main topic: Problems with implementation of GMP standards) was held at Hotel Rooms. The meeting was attended by, Mr. Irakli Margvelashvili, Executive Director of APCRG.
In connection with the world Cancer day, the presentation of the outcomes of one-year work and future plans set within the initiative “Tbilisi-Cancer Challenge City” was conducted.

Closing event of the EU-funded Project “Support to the Georgian Competition Agency” was held on January 10th. The event was attended by Director of APCRG Mr. Irakli Margvelashvili, head of the Board Grigori Phirtskhalaishvili and Head of Servier Representative Office Maia Khetsuriani.
Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Ekaterine Tikaradze made a presentation covering the topic of the planned healthcare reforms - “It’s Time Only for Joint Right Moves”. Minister presented some planned healthcare reforms. The presentation was attended by APCRG executive director, Mr. Irakli Margvelashvili.
On April 19th, the seminar "The role of Pharmacists in the Global Pharmaceutical Market" was held at the University of Georgia with Head of associations of Pharmaceutical companies representatives in Georgia Mr. Irakli Margvelashvili and Head of Pharmacy Department, professor Elza Nikoleishvili.
